By accessing and using the Lembongan Transfer website and services, you agree to its terms and conditions of service.

How to Order E-Tickets

  • Please make sure to inform us your choose of departure schedule and/or return schedule, and know where the port is located.
  • Please type your passenger name and country accurately. If you Indonesia citizen,you will need to show your ID card to our fast boat partners at check-in.
  • Please enter all of your personal data completely and accurately when placing an order. This includes your title, name, address, country, phone or WhatsApp number, and email address.
  • Your order will be considered successful and completed once you have made full payment and received the order confirmation.
  • E-tickets will be sent via email and WhatsApp, so please enter your email address and WhatsApp number correctly. If you don't see our email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
  • Please contact our support team if you do not receive your e-ticket or experience other technical problems.

How to Use E-Tickets

  • Please arrive at the boat counter at least 30 minutes before departure time for check-in.
  • Present your e-ticket at the check-in counter to receive your physical ticket.
  • E-tickets can be either printed or displayed on your smartphone.
  • E-tickets cannot be used to board directly, so please exchange them for physical tickets at the boat counter.
  • Non-refundable e-tickets will not be refunded if you miss your departure or arrive late. However, you may be able to reschedule your trip for the next available departure on the same day and the same fast boat, subject to seat availability.
  • To prevent forfeiture of your e-ticket, please contact our customer support team to confirm any changes to your travel plans. This is explained in more detail in the Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds section.
  • If you encounter any problems or difficulties exchanging your e-ticket, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.

Changes, Cancellation & Refund

  • We offer free rescheduling on the same fast boat, subject to seat availability. Please confirm your reschedule request at least 1 day before departure.
  • To request a change or cancellation of your order, please contact our customer support team and provide your Booking ID, email, and proof of payment.
  • When you cancel your order, we will issue a refund under the following terms and conditions:
    • 100% refund for cancellations made up to 3 days before departure.
    • 75% refund for cancellations made 2 days before departure.
    • 50% refund for cancellations made 1 day before departure.
    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made on the day of departure.
    • We will refund you using the same payment method you used to place your order.
  • In addition to the refund terms described above, you are also eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
    • The boat is not in operation due to technical problems, maintenance, bad weather, natural disasters, pandemics, endemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please note that bank transfer fees and payment gateway fees will be deducted from your refund.

Fast Boat & Departure Schedule

  • We only sell fast boat tickets from our official partners.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, fast boat schedules may change or be cancelled without prior notice. If this happens, we will recommend another fast boat to you at the same price or refund your money.
